I’m not a tech expert but Gunay communicated clearly about what was wrong with my Macbook and I am delighted with the outcome. His advice was designed to save me money and reduce e-waste, which I appreciate.
Gunay is obviously an expert in this field and he provides a highly efficient service, at a reasonable price. I could tell from the first time we spoke that his priority is the best outcome for the customer. He is available on the phone after hours and the booking system for drop-off and collection is easy to follow.
