Took my laptop in with charger port issues, got my computer back with half the keys not working & the touch pad not working at all. Was advised that I needed to use an external mouse & keyboard. I spent $221 to get a laptop back with a whole heap of issues it never had before. Wanted to charge me more money to ‘fix’ these problems. Do not recommend. EDIT: The guys contacted me within 2 days of my review willing to fix the problem for free. Unfortunately that laptop was unsalvageable due to it’s age & my cats love of sleeping on it. They did their best, they really did. Within 24 hours they had managed to clone my old laptop onto a new refurbished one that is very shmick and works better than my old one. They were very considerate that I lost none of my old data, were professional and talked me through the process the whole way. They worked hard to fit within my time constraints as a shift worker & did me a very good deal. I will be a repeat customer as they were courteous & put up with my lack of knowledge of computers and meltdowns about not having a laptop with a kind smile. Great job guys!

Hey I am really appreciate for good service even they not taking time to pick the call, they so kind I have experience with them, they very cheap as compare to others. Today my laptop doesn’t work properly and they said they will come at my workplace to take my laptop bcz of my bsy schedule. It’s so helpful for me, but suddenly my laptop working and I already paid fees as per company rule, after I spoken about fees, they straight way refund it. I really appreciate for kindness. They not talking time to resolving any issues. Good work

Complete waste of time, do not reccomend coming to this store, twice now I’ve been charged $99 for a check they’ve told me would take a couple hours and it’s taken 24 with no outcome, then want another 2 days to do basic testing, very unprofessional and even had to make a trip to eastlands to buy a hdmi. Ontop of it got my pc back with the ram not even plugged back in properly and at risk of falling out. Do not sign their waiver without reading thoroughly before you pay $99 for wasted time.
