great experience. The store had a wide selection of electronics, from the latest gadgets to a variety of entertainment options. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing useful advice without being pushy. The only downside was that some items were a bit pricier compared to other retailers. Nevertheless, the in-store atmosphere and customer service made up for it. I’d definitely recommend JB Hi-Fi for anyone looking for quality tech and a pleasant shopping experience.

The atmosphere of this place is great, but lacks enough staff members to actually help.

One question turned into 15 minutes of waiting, just to be told the item was not available, even though I’d confirmed it was online before entering.

One other experience I was looking for a new set of wireless headphones. Was pretty contempt on a pair, but got told the other ones were better. After unpacking, they were not great. No lid for the case and a bad fit

Great! The young bloke was more than happy to accommodate me with purchasing a top of the line Roborock S8 maxv ultra robot vacuum. As this store unfortunately doesn’t stock household white goods and the likes I had to get it ordered in. However this was definitely not over shadowed. I received an extra 12 months warranty, for a total of 5 years for the cost of the vacuum only. Other retailers wouldn’t budge on $300.
