I went to this store today, already having in mind what I needed for my NDIS client within their budget.
I walked over to who was clearly the manager and a sales assistant they asked me what I was looking for and as I was explaining where I could find this particular product they cut me off and gave us attitude about the product we were looking for and they started trying to upsell us and saying it would be “smarter” to buy this other product which was three times more expensive. After saying no multiple times they not only made myself feel disrespected but made my client feel uncomfortable.
As someone that has a duty of care for a individual
My main priority is to ensure that my client is treated appropriately and with today’s service we didn’t receive that apart from the bearded gentleman over near the phones. He was great.

Th customer service at this store is very bad…

they didn’t seem to be interested in selling anything at all..the staff were impatient with an indignant attitude towards me..

I was polite and already knew what I wanted to buy..there was absolutely no one in the store..empty
And all they needed to do was to price check an item for me..
They didn’t seem to be interested in working at all..

I have never encountered this kind of attitude from a jb hifi store before..
