This one star review is for what they are doing with the bags now. They are charging 50c for a bag and they donate 15c of that to charity. We shouldn’t be paying for bags in the first place let alone being forced to pay for donations to charity if we want a bag, absolute scam.

Big retailers are making extra profit out of charging us for bags. I’m getting sick of going shopping now and having to carry items around until I go back to the car. There’s enough pressure on us already. We should be getting given a bag for free especially when we are buying expensive or multiple items. Absolute scam !

I was quite surprised by the customer service quality of the sales team here. I’ve been to JB HiFi’s all around the country and these guys are highly noticeable above the rest with really going above and beyond. Shout out to the guys who sold me a TV the other night a few minutes before knock off and were still helping me with the order after knock off time. Much appreciated.

Ordered 25 music cd’s from JB HIFi Rockhampton. In 3 different orders, over 2 weeks.They were posted from different stores. 6 cases were broken. Rang Rockhampton store. There response. Don’t have any replacement cases. I’m left with brand new CDs in broken cases.
NOT HAPPY not packed with bubble wrap just put into a “team global express plastic bag”
