Lots of items but I hate how any time you ask for help finding an item, they don’t even let me look at it or hold it, read the box, anything. They just say “you wanted this? great here it is,” and then carry it up to the counter for me and I don’t even get it in my hands until I’ve paid. They just walk off and I don’t even have a chance to say “actually, I have some other things I am looking at too,” they are just gone. Its a lot of pressure to buy even if you just wanted to look or still had to decide.

Customer service was excellent, helpful, useful and provided me with several options. The assistant then offered a deal I couldn’t refuse on a newplan and with it I got a $500 voucher qwhich got me what I needed and was saving money in the long run. Thanks to those people that went out of their way to help and gave me a great deal of savings and heartache with their excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction

Had a great experience of customer service when hunting a gift. The staff member was really engaging and helpful in a circumstance that didn’t even end in a sale.
Speaks to their character, and I’d return to deal with the gentleman when next making a large purchase.
Store itself is usually clean and stocked appropriately to a regional outlet.
If customer service was always as good I’d not bother to shop around.
