JB hi-fi Warrnambool is one of the new chain stores here. They have hit the mark with service with all staff being friendly and helpful. Hiring locally means that country people with country values. I am a repeat customer and have to restrain myself every time I go there. It doesn’t always work…… Today I went for a watchband and left with 2 of them and an action camera…..
Exceptional service from the staff in the electronics department. I went into the store stressed and very upset due to a television mishap. The staff were empathetic and took the time to console me. It’s nice to know that there is still staff out there with good old fashioned customer service.
I had an issue with a dash cam.
I returned to the store and Tanisha handled my problem.
What a delightful helpful young woman. My problem was solved with no fuss. Other’s could learn from her. JB has my business when they employ people like her. Much better than their opposition in the area
