My past experience with Jim’s PC has been very positive. I was about to get 4GB RAM added to my old laptop, but Jim pointed out to me that it wouldn’t do much due to my crappy CPU. Thanks to him, I saved hundreds of dollars. He is always honest and his repairs are quick and are of a high standard. I truly believe the first review was unfair – why would you even need to install Windows 7 on your laptop? And even if you did, why would you want someone else to do it for you? Just install it yourself with a DVD or ISO file. It’s purely your fault for not knowing much about computers. I recommend Jim as he does amazing work for a one-man business.

My PC started slowing down, and my assumption was that the cooling system wasn’t working and that it was overheating, causing it to freeze and crash. I knew what was wrong but not how to fix it, I’ve known that Jim’s PC had been literally right next door since coming to AU and finally needed to give him a chance. I told him what was wrong with my PC, and within a day and a half, he fixed the problem and then some. Very reasonable price and very smart.
