I was having issues with my gaming PC and was unable to load into games. I had another company look into the issue and they just rebooted my PC (which did not fix the issue). Luckily, I was able to find JM Computer Repairs and they were able to identify the issue and rectify it super quick. John provided excellent service he kept me informed throughout the troubleshooting phase and ensured I was confident that my PC had been repaired allowing me time to test the issue. I would highly recommend this service and will be using them for any further PC needs.
My laptop battery was swollen. John not only removed the battery but also checked everything thoroughly to clean all the accumulated dirt over the years. Unfortunately, the charging port was also spoilt and required replacement. The trackpad was probably already damaged from the swollen battery. In the end, I traded my laptop, and happy with the decision. Thanks John. Now I know your shop, will come back again for any future IT needs.
