I ordered and paid for a Mobile phone through King IT in Bundaberg, their advert claimed they had them in stock. After it had not arrived I was informed they had none in stock and would not be stocking them in future. King IT will not refund me the monies they unlawfully charged me for an item they did not stock despite numerous phone calls. The accounts section will not respond to emails. Good luck if you want to phone them as their numbers are not easily found..
Impossible to work with, airy fairy cant make a repair process start! Had a pixel phone that we wanted fixed. Quoted 50 more than our first quote, then um and ahhd and waffled on about the back being cracked, which it is not, finally more than a little frustrated with the fix it hurdles, I ask, how do we start this process? to which he says, I don’t want to argue with you and hang up. So King Not Fix IT.
Chose this store over others as they advertise as being open til 5:30pm on Saturday. Arrived no more than 5 past 5 to find that not only was it closed up, but it was just a tiny little centre-strip kiosk. The images of your retail location are now outdated and very misleading. Due to the incorrect operating hours posted I was left high and dry with other stores I could have made in time now shut.
