I had a problem with my PC and laptop, and after a quick phone call he gave me an idea of the price and a time frame of fixing the computers, he was so much better and easier to work with than the actual companies of my computers! Max was also quick to offer a pick up and drop off for the products. He offers such a personable service, a very welcome trait in an IT repair world that is abrupt and hard to work with! Max was super helpful in restoring and amending some old Lenovo’s we had. One of the machines had been repaired previously by another specialist group whom had bungled their repair in the replacement keyboard, and could have ruined the machine further. Max explained what he saw on his end, in detail, and what he would do, and assured that if something wasn’t worth fixing, he wouldn’t go ahead with it. Communication stayed open, and though he was busy, was able to get both machines back to us with new parts in a little over a week. Pricing quoted was reasonable too.
