I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the top-notch service at this mobile repair store. They handled the repair of my Hisense A9 Pro, which comes with a unique e-ink screen, with utmost professionalism and expertise.

The problem started when a wooden instrument, used to open the sim tray, broke and got compressed in the hole. This made it impossible to open and release the sim tray. The team at the store put in a significant amount of hard work and effort to fix this issue. They initially tried a minimally invasive approach, but due to the level of damage, they had to resort to opening up the back of the phone.

Danny was so lovely and helpful from start to finish. I needed my Flip Z4 screen replaced and he was able to fix it quickly and so I didn’t lose any data or have any issues.

He also didn’t charge me anything extra when it turned out I had a slightly different refurb model to what he expected which required him to spend additional time to perform a very delicate and manual operation to fit the parts together.

Will definitely be returning here for any future repairs.
