Awesome service. Had a phone that wasn’t charging. They spent over an hour troublefixing, including swapping the charging port and battery, eventually diagnosing that the motherboard was the issue. Didn’t charge me a dollar despite all the work.
I highly recommend this business. Today when we needed help with my husband’s phone, we were so pleased with the polite, friendly & efficient service we received. The issue we had was fixed in less than 30 minutes, & the cost was very fair.
Their customer service is amazing!! So communicative, human and kind. I really recommend coming to this stall in the morayfield shopping centre for all of your phones needs, Mobile and case world and their staff were a life saver!!
