Went over to them Friday the 16th to change My Battery as it was blown up. Told them that my phone was a iPhone 13. They installed a battery however it was not compatable with the phone. They also told me that the battery had one month warranty however the battery was causing problems to my phone which it was causing my phone to be too slow and overheating as well. I went to Apple on Monday the 19th of February to get the third party battery replaced. I also asked apple if they could return the third party battery so that I could get the refund but they didn’t give the third party battery back as they told me they don’t this as part of there service so they emailed me a diagnoses report to state as to what was wrong with the phone. Went back to the shop today tried to explain as to what was wrong with the battery but the guy that served me was very rude and unprofessional in his approach. He kept on saying to me that Yu can’t get a refund because Yu didn’t bring the third party battery with Yu. Tried explain the situation with an example and then he started to become aggressive in his approach and completely ignored me. Not very happy. I will take this matter further to the department of fair Trading as this is unacceptable. They also not knowing much about apple in the first place also took advantage of the situation by not telling me that they don’t have genuine apple batteries so which indicates they are also after a quick buck. So stay away from this phone store as they are also scammers.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Morning Tech. Firstly, they misled me into believing that their aftermarket screen was just as good as an Apple screen, which turned out to be a complete lie. Not only did their shoddy repair cause my phone to constantly restart and overheat, but their customer service was abysmal.

When I went back to address the issue, they offered to replace the screen again, only for the same problem to occur. When I requested a refund, they tried to strong-arm me into paying even more for an Apple screen, which they conveniently charge more for than the official Apple store.

Instead of providing a proper refund, they demanded I return the faulty screen and go without a screen on my phone. Their lack of accountability is astonishing. And to top it all off, when I asked for my original screen back, they claimed to have thrown it away, resulting in me having to fork out an additional $55 at an Apple authorized store.

Their refusal to rectify the situation and their downright dismissive attitude towards my concerns is utterly appalling. Oh, and let’s not forget how they resorted to calling the police when I asked for a written agreement for their proposed solution. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being scammed and mistreated.

Do not come here unless you want to get scammed and cheated.

Came here to replace my iPhone battery only to find that the battery they used were non-genuine apple parts (despite advertising they are).

Initially, I was fine with it as long as my phone worked. However, only a few days later using it, the battery stopped working. When I brought my phone back to the man that served me, he simply said that it was damaged physically and that the warranty on it no longer applied.

He then tried to sell me another replacement battery at a ‘discounted’ price of less than $5 only.

I should have read the reviews before I came here because it looks like such an occurrence has happened to many people.
