I called him back on a problem he had attempted to fix but no return call
Some months later I call him and explain I have another different problem.

Funny that. I was the one that prior to these instances that rang him to say he had forgot to invoice me for $70!!
Anyhow I have found Patriot computers to be a company that would not ignore you like that.
I had a fantastic experience working with Ethan to build my computer. His efficiency, consideration, and knowledge were outstanding.
