Extremely poor communication from the team at MrPC IT Solutions. Dropped off my laptop a month ago after I had spilled water on the device. Was told they would call me back to determine if they could fix the motherboard or else at least perform data recovery. After two weeks I heard nothing. So I called them myself and they said they had successfully recovered my data and to drop off my hard drive for data transfer. I dropped off my hard drive and they said they would call me back once it was completed, but expected it to take less than 24 hours. After a week, still no callback, so I had to proactively call them again. They said my hard drive was corrupt and to bring in a new one. I brought in another hard drive and they said the data recovery was corrupt and they still needed to work through that before transferring data onto the hard drive. It’s been another week and still no call back from the team.

Overall, poor communication.
Would not recommend.

Quite possibly the rudest company I have ever dealt with. We had an iMac repaired in October 2022. It has since failed and I contacted them to get advice on how to have it looked at again. The person I spoke who said “yeah” at the end of every sentence was extremely condescending and told me to take it back to the manufacturer, that they don’t do that work any more and that they also had to put food on the table. I asked him by what he meant by the manufacturer he proceeded to rant on how they don’t make the parts, that they only put em together and said what do you think we do, make em out the back here ? there all made in China yeah. Had the work done, paid for the work, work failed would not honour warranty. Steer Clear !

Fantastic experience dealing with Luke at Mr PC. My laptop was running slow so I took it in to see if this could be improved. After running a diagnostics check I was presented with several options to improve the performance of my laptop and feel I was offered very genuine advice and not at all pressured into going for the expensive option. In the ended I opted to upgrade my driver which was very reasonably priced and has enabled my laptop to run at a significantly improved speed. Very happy customer.
