We have used Mwave before over the years, but this time we received a cracked monitor on delivery. This was after paying for express delivery as we needed the monitor ASAP. The customer support is terrible. I am still waiting 4 days since contacting them and lodging a ticket for a return. I have been told someone will call me by two different people, BUT still no contact. I even tried calling them, but was on hold for a longer time and I was offer an automated callback option, which I took…. guess what… no one called back!!! It is really disappointing, as one would think customer service should be at the heart of every successful business.

I ordered a gaming monitor while Mwave were having a sale, and was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered to my door in less than a week, especially considering that I’m in WA and this delivery was coming from NSW. The product was delivered in excellent condition, and there was full shipment communication so I knew when to expect it. 5/5

Had a really good experience with mwave. Bought a monitor, they do delivery but opted to pick up instead. The warehouse is located off Parramatta road so can be busy but there is adequate parking there. The show room is really impressive showing the best of their gaming pc’s. They grabbed my item pretty quickly and I was able to have a browse, for bulky items they let you borrow their trolly so you can wheel it out to your car. Overall good service and price is reasonable.
