It’s what they don’t do that annoyed me…
The service seems good enough and I cannot fault the time it took to upgrade my RAM however.

1. They will keep your old RAM unless you specifically ask for it back when you pick up your computer. They will not be forthright and offer it as they want to keep it and on sell it to the next repair or refurbish (as I was offered 2nd hand RAM upgrades)

2. They will charge you a surcharge when you pay by card, but won’t tell you this before processing, hence not giving you the opportunity to pay cash.

Unfortunately my views on this business now is that they are shady and not very transparent.

NOT HAPPY at all sent my iMacs computers down one sizes 21inch and the other 27 inch sizes down to get fixed just down to get a clean and speed up ( which I thought was not a hard job ) to find when I picked it up everything was ok. NO ONE told me that the tape one the computer had to stay on the computer for after. I took the tape off after 4 days of picking up. Everything fine after 24 hours my iMac scream is cracked and broken. After I took it back to Nextgen there has been NO CONTACT, NO HELP it has been 10 weeks and still NOTHING NOT IMPRESSED With the service of this company at all.

I am honestly of two minds about this place. I can’t fault them for the repair they did, as they seem to have fixed the problem (it’s working so far but I only had the laptop back for about an hour at this point). It’s how they went about it, or rather one of their employees that really should have never happened. And Frankly, I would seriously considering firing that guy if it was up to me…

While they fixed the laptop, and at a good discount… the way I was treated means I can only give this place 3 stars.
