I don’t usually write reviews, but the advice and service I received from Mohammed at PC Tele Contractors warrants recognition.
My 2017 Mac was running at tortoise speed, so I went in to PC Tele and spoke with Mohammed, who provided some excellent advice on upgrading the hard drive with a solid state drive (SSD). I went home and did a search of the make/model SSD Mohammed proposed and found it had excellent reviews; so I was happy with the parts he proposed installing.
I dropped off the computer next day at 10:45 and it was ready for pick up at 3:30 the same day…..just as promised.
My Mac now runs at greyhound speed.
5 star service in my opinion.

Mohammed from PC Tele Contractors was recommended to us for a defective I Mac .Mohammed was so helpful knowledgeable and honest in dealing with my problem. I had a lemon I Mac Desk Top that Apple would not take responsibility for.It was returned to Apple many times with the same complaint.Mohammed assesed the problem and was instumental in getting Apple to replace the machine which was defective from day 1.Mohammed did not take advantage of the situation but rather helped us resolve the problem with Apple based on our Consumer Rights.I highly recommend Mohammed from PC TeleContractors for his expertise and honesty.
Was referred to Mohammed at PC Tele Contractors after my MacBook Pro’s screen went black despite my computer still working. Apple quoted me $1600 to replace the whole screen, whereas Mohammed only needed to replace a single cable which fixed the problem for a fraction of the price! Could not recommend his services enough, thanks so much!

Mohammed is amazing, provides expert advice on whether and how devices can be fixed. He has been keeping our whole family going on their devices for over 10 years now. At a fraction of what it cost outdated have cost to buy new devices and the other at least the same speed and capacity.
