Steve really came in clutch with this one. I could not find a 200W HP omen replacement laptop charger near me. Even HP customer service blew me off with some random model numbers and Harvey Norman. I really needed one ASAP for my school and work as my laptop was completely discharged. I called the store and just asked if they could help me out and he helped me find the right charger, and said he could get it after the weekend, I had requested him to get it for me ASAP. They got it for me at a good price as well. Surely enough he called me back an hour later saying you can come collect it right now! Amazing and quick service which I did not expect.
