Purchased a faulty aorus from ple Wangara which happened to be the last one in stock anywhere. Brought it into this store the same day. Advised would take around 3 weeks to get back if sent off for repairs. Ended up paying an extra $500 to get the next model up. Service tech was a nice guy but didn’t seem to really care that much that they had sold me a dud. No offer to expedite the new one from the warehouse ( apparently this was not possible) or deliver it priority to my address for free which is what I thought would be appropriate. All in all very average customer service therefore 3 stars from me

Decided to pop in to PLE Osborne Park whilst in the area to get 2nd opinion on what Bentley store advised me about 2 particular laptops. Osborne Park Store had both in stock whereas Bentley only had one in stock.
Osborne Park Store is layed out extremely well and has lots of gaming PC examples and also more laptops on display than Bentley.
Staff where very helpful and I was pleased that I dropped in as I was provided with additional vital information to assist me in making a decision on which laptop would suit my needs better.
Once I’m ready to purchase, I’ll be back to Osborne Park Store.

BEWARE! Ordered RAM online and paid for it and courier service. 2 weeks later and it has still not arrived. They use a cheap online courier company which they have admitted on the phone are “useless”. PLE refuses to refund the items purchased until the goods arrive back at their warehouse. Which means effectively they have borrowed money from me for 2 weeks. Will literally tell anyone i know to never ever use this company.
