Contacted Principal Computers with a slightly unusual/different request for a computer. I spoke with James and he was very understanding and respectful of the situation and what was required. Even after the initial planning and building some changes had to be made and they were very accommodating in doing this. Everyone I have communicated with has been very friendly and helpful even though I am sure they were probably sick of my emails by the end Would highly recommend them for all your computer needs.
Came in on behalf of an elderly customer who had a very simple but painstaking email issue, seperate matter to the laptop purchased at principal computers weeks earlier. The team of 3 that helped me were extremely professional, patient and kind. Definitely deserving of a pay rise might I add. Couldn’t recommend this business more highly, the issue was solved asap! Hurray
Recently had 2 Gaming PCs custom built for my son’s. Extremely happy with the work, pricing , communication and excellent customer service. They were built very quickly with guarantee warranties for parts and work piece of mind. Spent roughly 6g in this store throughly recommend and will deal with them in the future! Thank you guys !
