Rang on a Sunday to inquire about a PC repair. They told me to come in the next day, “We open at 9am.” I said I’ll be there first thing. Google even has 9am listed as their opening hour. No one at the shop. Waited 15mins from 9:30 with 3 phone calls.

Needed something urgently delivered interstate. The team member was very helpful, and happy to spend the time to discuss the different postage options and also make sure it was expedited in terms of leaving their store. Great service all around!
