I had a problem with my switch and looked online for where I could have it repaired. I tried a variety of places but I found their prices were too high, when I called up queen repairs I found the price was a lot more cheaper then other locations and so I decided to bring it in.
It took him only an hour to repair the problem I have had for months, he repaired it on the same day so there was no delays for me. Very quick and efficient, although it was a far distance for me compared to local stores I found the time and efficiency of Giacomo really worked out for me.
What I also found comforting when bringing my console to him was that he has many other consoles he works on and repairs, so it is what he does and he is very talented at it, it is not just something he does on the side.
I will be recommending him to all my family with console related issues and I will be returning soon with other console problems if I ever have any.

I brought my Nintendo Switch in for repair with another repairer (for the sake of travel time because Sylvania is a bit far for me) because after being depleted, it was not turning on even if it was left on charge. I ended up leaving it with that repairer for nearly 2 months and they gave me the only option to reset it to fix it. But I didn’t want to lose my data.
So instead, I brought it to Giacomo and he was able to identify the actual issue and fix it within 2 hours of dropping it off! Amazing experience, worth the travel time and money, definitely recommend to everyone.
