I would like to respond to the owner reply to my review.

I was told lies from the start, by your staff, I was advised that it would be looked at that day, but instead, it was held for 3 days before anyone looked at my laptop, this causing delay in the repair time.
Not only that, you advised InRent that their was a major liquid spill on the unit, which is another lie.

Do you not remember the way you spoke down to me??? And let’s clear up something, You did not ask me to leave, I was walking out when I said to myself with none of your staff in front of me that you are a **********, it was only then you pushed the door open an advised that I was not welcome back in the store.

It was after that you took your time to complete the repairs.

After receiving my laptop back, I was checking files and discovered that you had deep hidden some files with personal files and photos, I had to take my laptop to a more reliable computer repair business and it took then half and hour to find these files. You advised Inrent that the said files were on the desktop, but they were not. The other business that I took the laptop to so they could retrieve the files advised me that replacing a keyboard and touch pad would have no need to touch any files and / or programs at all.

Let alone install programs that were not needed or required, you were not given authority by Inrent or myself to do this.

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement and they went above and beyond fixing past shops stuff ups of missing screws and even cleaned my loud speaker and volume lock that haven’t worked properly in over a year 10/10 will defiantly be back for my next screen replacement

Left something there for them to look at to see if it was worth fixing or not they did some research but couldn’t help, they threw the machine out for us, 10 months later get told we have to pay nearly $300 for an overdue invoice.?????
