I went in to sell my phone and to get a different phone too. I had already pre organised with who I believed to be the owner the day before on a price to sell my phone. But when arriving there was a different person and yes I understood why they wouldn’t buy my AirPod pros due to hygiene Evan after being told that they did. But he even tried to give a lower price on my phone. And requested to see the text from the person who I was told the owner was to confirm the price and contacted the owner to check the price he said. He ended up honouring the price. But we I asked to transfer all my data over to the new phone he said “we don’t do that, you need to buy the phone first then you can”. But to do that they need to wipe my phone completely. I said I couldn’t do that cause I would need the codes sent to my number. And wiping the phone would wipe my eSIM. I have done data transfers before in this same store without issue. The reasoning he gave was that it takes too long. But I didn’t mine waiting and it wasn’t busy. It was as he was worried I would just take both phones. I even said they could keep both phones behind the counter while it transferred. But he refused and was very rude about it. But he said you just need to log in to your iCloud and everything will be fine. Sure enough it was not. It required a code to be sent to my number, which is now wiped cause he did not want to let me do a data transfer. Now I’m stuck having to go through apple support to recover my account. All this didn’t need to happen if the rude inconsiderate worker had just let me do a data transfer in the store when there was nobody else in there. I always recommend this store to my family and friends to buy or sell the devices. But I’m not so sure to recommend them now.I would be more than happy to change my rating and review if we can get this resolved.

I went to this shop to fix a broken screen. Not cracked, it just had a white thick vertical line down the middle after being dropped.
Sky tree has now made my phone worse, creating another new line down the middle of my phone, it getting alarmingly hot after use making the function very poor, and the screen turning pink occasionally. I have contacted them via email to rectify this issue due to me not having an Australian number, and all they have responded is to call them. I have said numerous times the extent of damage they have done to my phone, and they are now completely ignoring my emails like the plague, despite guaranteeing me warranty. I would not recommend and am disgusted by the lack of care and hospitality I’ve experienced.

Incredible service – ordered a phone on Tuesday. By Thursday they called me to state “unfortunately the phone colour you’ve chosen isn’t in stock, so is it okay if we change the colour and provide you with a free protective cover?” Hell yeah that’s okay. Received the phone the next day. How’s that for service!

Oh! And they were by far the cheapest I could find for the phone I was after. Yeah… very, very happy with the service from these guys.
