I’ve been to Kusmobil (2-stars for quick service but unreliable repair and do not stand behind their work) and Handy Ecke (not great customer service and limited onsite repair availability)…and I can say that Sterne Handy is the best. Not only the best customer service and information, but also the best value for your money.

Wollte meinen Akku fur ein iPhone 6s tauschen und fand hier ein sehr gutes Angebot. Musste das Smartphone verschicken. Obwohl Hermes das Geschaft nicht fand, holte die Leute mein Paket selbst im nachsten Paketshop ab. Akku wurde innerhalb eines Tages getauscht und zuruckgeschickt. Die Kommunikation per Mail war ebenfalls gut. Antworten kamen sehr schnell. Kann das Geschaft daher nur empfehlen.
Sonntags Handy auf den Screen gefallen, Montags angerufen, Montagmittag wurde mein Screen innerhalb 1h ausgetauscht. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber. Vielen Dank fur die schnelle unkomplizierte Hilfe. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
