Tech Resque in Chatswood has outstanding service and came up with an excellent result!

When one of my toddlers dropped my phone on gravel and I took one look at the screen (with white lines through it), I thought it was gone. It’s an S21 ultra, being an older model I thought it would be tricky to fix.
I happened to walk past Tech Resque and by curiosity asked if they could fix it – including the white lines. The assured me they could and gave me a very good, highly competitive quote.
It took a little bit of back and forwards to fix, it wasn’t an easy fix but the team persisted and we’re very dedicated and determined in their pursuit for resolving the problem. When it was handed back at the end, the man said “It’s like a new phone!” They were absolutely right – it has been functioning exactly like a new phone since and I’m over the moon.
Its always nice to meet people in this work who are honest and quite well. I appreciated it so much and can’t recommend them highly enough.
I’m very grateful to have my phone back for a fraction of the price of a new phone, absolutely worth every cent and thank you for the outstanding communication throughout the process
PS I can also say we have honestly rigorously tested the case and screen cover we got once repaired thoroughly, and it’s helping to protect it well. No damage at all!! Thank you for all your time and help!

Brutally honest staff. I took my water damaged phone and it’s new replacement screen as I was told by other shop that it need new screen. These guys spent hours trying my phone bring back to life but phone’s board was damaged beyond repair. After trying everything they return me new screen along with phone and didn’t charge me a dollar!. Phone was unrepairable but doesn’t mean they didn’t spent 2hours working on it. Appreciate their honesty. Will highly recommend
