What an absolute magnificent place! After being mishandled badly by Australia Post and another computer store I contacted this place enquiring if they could deliver a monitor, after talking to a lovely person on the phone (I believe Harry was his name) I organized for a monitor to be delivered on the same day. From the time I paid to the time it was delivered was less than 30 minutes and it was delivered by the manager/owner of the business.

After a wonderful short chat at point of delivery I took the new monitor upstairs and plugged it in and it started working immediately without any issues.

I would rate this place highly for being friendly, professional and exceptionally competent with a touch of understanding, will look forward to purchasing more4 from here in the future!

Top notch for communication and customer service! Mustofa was so helpful and informative when I dropped my broken laptop to get the screen fixed. Promised to help me to sort it out ASAP due to my urgency. However when we found out that the screen is quite different, Mustofa went above and beyond with his supplier and even offered my other options that might help my situation. I’m comfortable that with all his options, he was not pushy and explained everything thoroughly. I love how he kept contacting me if there’s any changes in the situation, keeping me updated. I made a couple of changes of mind with my order, which were dealt with without question. This included buying a laptop but when I got home I realised it didn’t have a number pad, my mistake, so returned it. I settled for an MSI laptop for about a grand. I ordered it on Wednesday morning, they told me they had to ship in from their warehouse and it would be in on Friday. They called on Wednesday afternoon and said it has arrived already. Laptop is good quality. Good product and service.
