I asked them to replace the screen on my convertible laptop. They replaced the screen, but now the touch feature of the laptop no longer works and is now slower than ever. They never took responsibility for doing an incomplete job. I had to ask them for a discount on the work. In the end they just wanted to blame it on the manufacturer even though they tried with two different screens. I still ended up paying more than I was originally quoted. All of this would have been almost understandable, but they didn’t communicate with me when they were having said problems with the repair. I had to reach out to them everytime they passed another deadline. They had my laptop almost three weeks, they said it would be three days. I would not recommend this shop. I really wanted to like this shop.

You are required to put a hundred dollars down eventhough you tell them what the problem is. He will keep your electronic(s):for a week or two until you call and enquire of the progress. He didn’t fix the problem and offer to dispose of my device. If you ask about how much of the $100 was used, he will then say, thats all gone. Do not fall for the sad story about customers taking advantage of him. Because he will take advantage of you.

I’m frugal not cheap I’m a professional musician in the City of New Orleans I do studo sessions and liner notes my point I have an old computer but it works great for what I need and I have parts that I need for my old computer to having to get a new one I’m tired of the world tell me when I need a new computer so thank you computer people
