Walked in just after they opened, every staff member in there knew I was there yet didn’t serve me! I was clearing looking at them to get some help, even standing close to them while they were all talking together and no one came over to help! I ended up walking out after 10 mins of this, EXTREMELY bad service! I will never come back again. VERY disappointing!
I knew exactly what I wanted and they could have got a $200 sale in 5 mins with very little effort……if they were my staff I would have fired the lot!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was guided to make a better decision with my purchase to suit my needs at the best price. The staff had excellent technical knowledge. I also scored $6 per month and got an extra 40 gigs on their exclusive Telsta mobile phone plan, from 40 to 80 gigabytes. This was all free. Very satisfied. I recommend anyone to shop at their store.
Had an issue with a Bosch small appliance which was purchased from The Good Guys Geraldton. Not only was the service I received from Bosch superb, but the customer service from The Good Guys Geraldton was excellent, the Manager and Mikayla were a pleasure to deal with.
