We had a great experience with the young lady who sold us our washing machine, however, we are extremely disappointed with the fact that we bought the machine on Wednesday 28/8/2024. We paid for delivery, which was promised for Saturday 31/8/2024. It’s now 6.30 pm on. Saturday and no delivery. Today is Sunday. We have had our machine delivered. We contacted the store this morning, and they were very apologetic. They had made a clerical error with the delivery date. The store manager personally delivered our machine this morning. Extremely thankful to him and his offsider for their efforts.

Chloe at the good guys Traralgon is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my dryer that ended in a warranty claim and she made my life so much easier. She knew what she was doing and just put her head down and got what needed doing done. Her dedication to customer service was amazing. To have someone say they’ll follow up and call back and actually do it was amazing. I’ve never had such an easy time doing a warranty claim in my life for anything. To say this women needs a raise is an understatement and her boss was also extremely helpful as well.

Honestly 1 less stress off our back with the amazing staff at the good guys helping us out today! We want to especially mention Rob, who helped us find the product we need within our budget and also what will suit our family best and also like to mention CJ for the past experience we have had with Cj, and today with also helping us find out more on our future products and deals!

They both are well spoken, kind to talk to and polite!
