At first I was hesitate to try somewhere other than Apple to get my battery replaced on my Mac air 2015. I am so glad gave it a go abs booked here. Joe is a professional who explained the process clearly and what to expect. I also had questions about hard drives and some apps on my laptop which he kindly helped me out with. It took no time at all. I would recommend anyone with tech issues to go here!
Bought an iMac here, needs a screen glue reattachment a month after buying. Impossible to get a response on email or phone. Really wish this wasn’t the case to give a bad review but truly zero customer service and feels like full avoidance. I have been super reasonable but just nothing. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want any help or support after purchase.
