I got put on to Adriano at ToroTech after I got the blue screen of death on my laptop and I’m so grateful that I was; he diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes after I’d dropped the machine off, he called me to discuss options and had it repaired and returned to me within three hours. He worked after hours just to get the job done as he knew I was in dire straits without a computer. Communication, customer service & workmanship all A+. Would highly recommend
Toro Tech provided excellent service for my laptop upgrade. Adriano efficiently increased my RAM and SSD storage, and even solved a compatibility issue between my Asus laptop and a HP docking station. The after hours drop-off and collection option was incredibly convenient. Communication was great throughout, and pricing was competitive. My laptop was overheating after I cleaned my fans, I called asking for advice on my issue and we both confirmed that I needed to apply thermal paste on the GPU and CPU and other chips as I did not do so initially when I cleaned my fans. I did as advised and now my laptop is working properly again and much better than before. Thank you!
