Avoid this store…. seriously. I took my phone here for a new screen and was charged 400 bucks. I was told it will be ready in three days loool 18 days later and it didn’t even work to the standard that I dropped it off at. My phone has been jail broken, now over heats, had it’s OS stuffed with and weights less than when I took it in, so they removed parts without authorization and absolutely ruined my Asus Rog3. Its meant to have a vapor chamber for cooling… Guess what’s now missing out of my phone among other bits. Oh yeah my thumb print reader (worked before it went in) doesn’t do squat. Thanks to the amazing thieves at Universal I now need to fork out 2500 for a new ROG…. 10/10 definitely not taking it here to get raided for parts of I ever need it “fixed”. And I dare you guys at the store to say I am just lying… I’ll happily submit my phone for inspection from an independent forensic technician to inspect.

I went into the store yesterday looking for a screen protecter for my phone. The guy immediately took it off me and took it behind the counter. He said it would be 25$ and I agreed. He handed it back a bit later and the screen was all damaged, the screen itself was chipped off and there were black spots all over the screen. I did have some cracks in it before hand but there was nothing wrong with the screen. He then started yelling at me saying that he had never touched my phone before and it was all there before. They then offered to charge me 150$ to fix my now broken screen.
