Staff here is very polite, professional, knowledgeable and willing to discuss any inquiries you might have.
I had an issue with my PC and brought it here on a recommendation and I did not regret it.
There was some initial miscommunication that didn’t resolve the issue but when I brought the PC back next day they said I was still covered by the initial charge and got to it straight away.
The man, the myth, the legend himself Rosch was an absolute delight to work with. I would trust that man to build me a house not just a PC.

It’s clear that everyone who works here is not only extremely knowledgeable, but that they actually enjoy what they do. Customer service is top tier, they’re super friendly and kind, don’t make you feel stupid or judged for not knowing something, are efficient, pricing is extremely reasonable, and they work to give you the best solution to the problem. Special shoutout to Zac, who I initially spoke to and eased all my concerns immediately. Had an awesome experience and left the store with a smile on my face. Jay and Huseyin were also equally lovely. Thank you so much guys!! 🙂
5 star. Team are knowledgeable and professional. It’s my first time building a PC and I already had the parts ready just needed help putting it together. Nathan assisted me, also allowed me to observe for my future knowledge. Everything ran smoothly. labour is $65, totally worth it. Thank you team for your efficient service.
