The gentleman who served me today was friendly and helpful. He happily matched the price quoted by a competitors to replace the battery in my iPhone The procedure was immediate and speedy but also precise. Honestly the phone was returned in great looking shape than when I dropped it off. Either he replaced my screen protector free of charged or he readhered the old one more accurately and smoothly than I had managed. Also, mercifully, all care was taken to not further damage my badly fractured touchscreen underneath. I was also grateful to have my old battery returned as a matter of course at the conclusion of our transaction. Great experience, very professional ,highly recommend cityphones and will 100% go back.

Told me I needed a brand new charging port it will take 40 min and cost $90 . I noticed he was chatting to his mate on the phone in the first 15 minutes . I asked him have you finished he said yes, I just re solded the port, and he wanted $90 . I argued that I was paying for a new one, not fixing the old one . He did give $ 50 off because I was very angry , but he would of happy kept if i to argue the point. I would think fixed in 2 min not worth the$ 50. Very dodgy person .beware .very dishonest person
