Came here to get my laptop screen fixed. I was quoted $600 and was told it would take roughly 4-5 days – which was all more than fine.
After about a week, I hadn’t heard anything so called up the shop phone number a few times and couldn’t get through. I left a message and didn’t hear back. After a couple days, I ended up physically going into the store to see where everything was at. The guy told me that they had accidentally ordered the wrong screen and had sent it back to be changed which would take a few more days. After another week, I received a text from them saying they had almost received the replacement screen and then they would contact me to let me know when it would be ready.
All up it took about 4 weeks with only two text messages of communication.
THEN when my computer is finally ready, my husband picks it up and pays and tells me they didn’t fix the hinge so now it doesn’t close properly.
When I take something into a shop to get fixed, I assume they can diagnose a problem properly and fix it accordingly. I was more than happy to pay for them to fix the hinge too but didn’t even find out this needed fixing until after we’d picked it up.

Honestly cannot thank Protechnologies and Michael enough! After a laptop screen crisis, Michael kindly kept the shop open late for me to drop off my MacBook asap, gave me an excellent deal on my screen replacement and had the work completed in 48 hours. Highly recommend, thank you so much guys!
