Went to the guy to get it checked for psu issues, tried telling me it’s the m.2 card and that because it was only 60gb I had to drive from work to his shop to show him that it’s 2tb. He also couldn’t find it on the actual motherboard. While there waiting to tell him I was taking it and leaving the store he was telling a customer there all sorts of ludicrous prices for her to upgrade her computer to not be as slow. She just wanted to check emails. She didn’t need a gaming PC setup. Also after taking the PC back from the shop it still doesn’t work. Cost me 120. Just for him to look at it and get it wrong anyway and not know what he was talking about. I believe the guy thinks no one knows anything about computers and pulls prices out from no where and doesn’t actually know what he is talking about when it came to my PC.
DON’T GET RIPPED OFF
I went to this store to buy a DVD-R because who still has these lying around. The store owner agreed to sell me two loose discs from a spindle. That’s nice I thought until he told me the price…$20. I actually laughed out loud until I realised he wasn’t joking. Suddenly the price dropped to $12. 40% off for laughing.
‘Really ?’ I asked, I could get a brand new box for less than that at Office works. No further discount was given.
So I spent 15 mins and $1.50 driving to Chirnside Officeworks where I did get a box of 10 discs for $10.
I can’t believe that the guy stays in business in the current market mistreating his customers like that. Very bad

I’m interested in computers always have been. For a while I have wanted to try my hand at building PC towers. So I went to ask this guy for a little advice. He spoke to me like I was stupid even thinking I could start of building PC’s as a beginner with little knowledge.
His demeanor was really off and he left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
You’d think he’d have more tact as I would have most likely turned into a comeback customer and brought a lot of my components from him. Now I’ll probably never set foot in his store again!
