I contacted Bing Lee Armidale store initially as they had advertised a Glem Gas Cooker I was looking at for our off-grid home. I had spent the week researching gas ovens and after hours and hours of visiting local stores and reading online information and speaking with various people.. to say I was confused and overwhelmed is an understatement.

When I phoned the Armidale store and spoke with Amy all the hours I had spent and confusion I was feeling just melted away. To say that Amy was helpful is an understatement… her product knowledge and dedication to customer service was like nothing I have come across before. Amy provided clarity on so many issues and concerns I had and by the end of our call I knew without doubt I had finally found my oven.

It didn’t end there, both her and her Store Manager Shaun assisted with logistics for transport in prompt and professional manner and when I provided Shaun with some feedback regarding Amy it was very clear she was a very valued team member. I can’t say enough about this Bing Lee store and its incredible team of people – country people that hold the customer at the centre of their business operations.
