Went in with a sluggish computer and wanted to upgrade my RAM chips.
Came out with a fast computer, dead cooling fan fixed FOR FREE! and a solid state hard drive for such a small price.

Quan down sized the original RAM size i asked for to make allowances for what my PC actually needed to perform, it payed off in the end and was within by small budget.
I got back an upgraded, repaired and much faster PC.

Recently I had a problem with my laptop. There is this annoying white horizontal lines on the screen that I can’t get rid of. In fact the lines get more each time I use it, covering part of my screen already. I found Burwood Computer Services from Google and made appointment with Quan (owner of the shop). He has been very professional and honest with his diagnose. He had to order a new screen and managed to repair my computer VERY QUICKLY. Only took 1 day to get this laptop repaired and back to perfect condition again. Quan is knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable cost too!. Absolutely recommend Burwood Computer Services. Quan is a very fine technician, fast, inexpensive & generous. He has built my last 3 PCs, huge number-crunchers to cope with digital audio recording, each one an improvement on the last. I now have a disc image of my C drive – a perfect copy of my desktop/preferred way of working for a seamless transition to my next pc or backup in case of a crash. . & all at a cost of less than half of ‘name brand’ gear!
