Worst experience I’ve had in along time. Caused more issues and stress than need be. Totally stuffed up my PC with several build errors. If i didn’t know how to fix them myself i would have been out of pocket. Charged $155 for labor basically paid for problems. Manager Meghan unwilling to take responsibility, avoid this place at all costs and do yourself a favor by checking over your PC before you pay and leave the shop, should you go here. However strongly advise not to.

Average to ordinary. I called a few times to see if a part was in stock, no answer. So we travelled the distance only to be informed it was out of stock… Ok.. No worries. Though the attitude was ordinary and very care free, even after explaining, and tried upselling something we DID NOT need. My son was even turned off. So, we steer clear from now on unless something significant changes. Thankyou.

Just went into the store to get my laptop seen to, and the guy (quite going looking, caucasion, skinny, short dark hair 1.15pm 4/5/24), gave off the impression it was a hassle to talk to me, even rolling his eyes, and enjoyed explaining how he couldn’t help me. Very strong pissed off energy. Have been going there since it was on Ryrie st, and was NEVER treated so rudely.
