Honest 4 star review. Let’s start with what could be done better: DISPLAYING PRICES, the pricing seems to be the only issue here. No prices on items. No signage to inform of hourly rate. I think customer expectations are not set when an item is being assessed either. Unless you are standing there you can not know if any work is being done at all. Maybe done off site? These are the only things I find need addressing. WORKMANSHIP: 4.5 STARS, fantastic but not perfect. If our devices were made defect free then we would not need this shop’s good services. SHOP PRESENTATION: 4.8 STARS clean, orderly. Other services and products are visible.

Dropped my iPhone 15 and it appeared my screen was cracked with a small hole at the edge. Wanted a genuine apple screen and the gentleman at Pak Corio Village advised that was the best thing to do. I had thought I’d have to send it away to Apple leaving me with a phone, but Pak advised they could do it. $465 (Apple’s fault, not Pak’s). I left with Pak and when I went back a couple of hours later to collect it, I was told the good news was that it the screen protector not the screen. He had put a new screen protector on it and also a new cover for the camera lens (this had also cracked when I dropped it), and it only cost me $64 rather than $465. I am a very happy customer. If he had told me he’d replaced the screen and charged me the original quote, I wouldn’t have known any better. Highly recommend Pak and I’ll certainly go there if I’m clumsy enough to drop my phone again. Very happy.
Bought two new screen protectors from here today and the guy was amazing, didn’t try and sell me the most expensive, suggested what was the best option and gave me great deal, super quick and such a nice person, will be back
