My PC burned out on a Sunday. None of the regular repairers even wanted to help and those that did offer a weekend service, required me to mortgage my house as fees (figuratively speaking). Michael however, did not even speak about price, he started diagnosing my problem on the very first call. He started giving me knowledge without even trying to sell me his service. I could have used his knowledge and just done my own thing, perhaps I would have survived but I voluntarily chose to go to Michael as he had this aura about him, this friendliness and genuine concern about my problem.

And a good thing I did too… Michael was able to see and show me first hand the root cause of my problem, not only did he immediately fix it, he continued to show me the other issues and charted out a plan of how we could go about fixing it, without trying to sell me anything.

His price was more than fair for the super fantastic service I received on a weekend and at MY convenience. Michael has never tried to make me buy this and buy that. To say I was happy with the service would be a serious understatement. I was more than delighted. Michael advised me he had 25 years of experience, and anyone can tell in just one conversation with him that you’re getting the real deal.

One thing is for sure, I am definitely calling Michael again to fix any future issues and for all those of you reading my review, please note. Michael has not in any shape or form asked me to do this. I am writing this off my own accord.

I do recommend to everyone that like your car, your computer needs a service too every year at minimum.

I started having an issue with my PC about a week ago when it started shutting down suddenly without warning whilst working on my uni and audio production projects (an intermittent issue that had also been a problem in the past). Gave Computerdoc a call as he had great reviews on here and Michael was very professional from the get go. He was very quick to answer my call (very knowledgable and patient), reliable and was able to determine the problem and got my PC back up and running again. Back in the studio now and working like a dream (no crashes, phew!). Fantastic service and will definitely be coming back to Michael for future PC problems. Highly recommend!

Michael was a true life saver. My USB failed and had all my work documents on it. Not only did Michael manage to do the impossible and recover all my documents but in record speed time. He is friendly, approachable and an expert.
