I had a one hour remote assessment of my laptop performance & programs today. Alan was an exceptional IT expert who assessed that my laptop was a poor standard of capacity & was the central reason I was having issues.
After doing some maintenance on the programs & tidying up programs running that didn’t need to be there, he helped me find a good model of laptop at a retail store that was perfect for my needs & the best value he could find. Alan does not benefit in any way in helping me find a suitable new product & could explain in lay-terms why it was the best buy for me in my price range. The fee for the session more than paid for itself in helping not make the poor choice I had previously made in selecting that poorly performing older laptop.
Honest, clear, concise help that was absolutely gold.
