Good location. Ample parking. Well stocked up. Staffs have good customer service skills and are quite helpful and knowledgeable. I had gone to get a washing machine the other day. I was pretty anxious and bit confused as to what I wanted to get. I did as much research as I could prior to going to the store. Regardless of the countless video reviews and reading through articles I was still confused about few things. One think I usually do not like is when sales reps are too pushy and are not being genuine. I am not going to mention which washing machine I got that day, as that will be another separate review. But I can state that when I walked out of the shop, I can gladly say that the decision to get this particular washing machine was my own choice. I got the necessary guidance from the sales person and at the end made my choice to get the washing machine. There was no feeling of being forced or played by the staff.

I rang up the store to get information about buying a freezer, first of all I was on hold for a long time, before getting to chat to a so called white goods salesman. I asked about the freezer and he didn’t have a very good product knowledge at all. I asked if There was a freezer in stock that I could look at, he told me No as they take up too, much room, and the only way I could see it was a picture on line. This freezer was not in stock because it’s a customer order only and could take 4 weeks to get it. I needed the freezer now.
I went on line and found the same freezer lot cheaper with next day FREE DELIVERY. JB you just lost a $2000 sale and as far as we are concerned we will never buy from you in the future
