PC kept making weird beeping noises and wouldn’t boot up. Went to take it in for a repair and clean. They said they found no problem with it, and I brought it home only to have the exact same issue. What’s more they didn’t even bother to clean it properly, the fans were still caked in dust, it looked almost the same as before. Troubleshooting online led me to find out that I was having RAM problems, and simply inserting and reinserting solved the issue. So I ended up paying for nothing.
Edit: If you don’t charge for no fault found, then that means you charge $198 dollars for a bad cleaning job.

Over and above service- not only did they upgrade me to a brilliant refurbished Mac, (that is working so much faster than my old broken HP) but they transferred all my data and files from a HP computer (including my entire hard drive) over to readable and workable files. They even matched the exact desktop from my old computer, a lovely touch that meant that I didn’t have to set up anything and was ready to work. Thank-you again- its been a real game changer and `I should have popped in to see you years ago!
