When I phoned Savy, unlike the other techs I phoned that afternoon, Savy was able to clearly articulate his understanding of the problem and what I needed and that he could do what I needed done. I felt confident in Savy from one phone call and knew he was the right person for the job. There were no call out fees. He charges an hourly rate and gets the job done. Savy also explains things in a way that are easy to understand. I use Mac and Savy did more in 1.5 hours than Apple Support could not even do in 10 hours of frustrating support calls , and other specialist Mac shops that didn’t sound like they knew how to help me. I highly recommend Savy. He truly is a wiz. He’s super smart when it comes to computers. He has a great manner. He is a nice person who communicates well. He cares. And he’s good looking too! 🙂
My computer was not functioning at all when turned on no programs could be launched Savy had to take the PC away to uninstall and reinstall Windows 10 and programmes. A slight hiccup with mail client because I did not ask to save my address books. When he returned Savy was able to reinstall critical address book and enable me to get on with and contact a large group for whom I am responsible. Savy also assisted me with acquisition and installation of MS Office. Savy also ensured the integrity of my family tree and Ancestory applications. I now have an offline storage capability as well as the Cloud. I would not hesitate to call Savy to assist in future

Absolutely the best guy to go to when it comes to Fixing Gaming Computers on the sunshine coast!
