I came to Tech Asyst with little Knowledge of computers but knew I needed help. I was struggling to find someone when Anser was recommended to me by another small business. You cannot run a business these days without a computer so when mine stopped so did the work. Anser prioitised me as he could see I was very stressed and got me up and running again very quickly. His advice was spot-on, and he was very reasonably priced. I thought I would need a completely new computer but saved a lot of money by having my existing one repaired which turned out to be a fairly easy fix for Anser. He took the time to explain to me in layman’s terms the problem and should I have any issues in the future I will be sure to use Anser again.

I recently had my ASUS all-in-one computer completely upgraded as it was dying a slow death. Anser was so friendly and helpful, I was given a fair and reasonable quote and took the computer in that day. I am so happy with the upgrade its now running like a brand new computer.
