Andy was super helpful and so easy to deal with. He replaced my MacBook Pro screen and did a complete system reset, and cleaned my computer from a chocolate spill in under 3 hours!! I had expected it to take several days so this was completely unexpected and such a great surprise. Very good value for money! Hopefully I won’t need it, but if I need any tech help or repairs in the future I’ll certainly be going to Andy. Thanks again!
Couldn’t ask for a better service. Probably the best and most efficient service on the Peninsula. Andy was amazing in guiding through and explaining every step of the way. The screen on our Apple MacBook Air was fixed in the fastest way possible even though parts needed to be sent interstate and back. A very professional and open approach to their clients. Very satisfied with the final result.
Andy was amazing. My computer crashed in the morning, I was two hours away from home, and I needed to log on to work in the afternoon – yikes!!!! Not only was Andy incredibly helpful, picking up and dropping of my computer, but he resolved my issue in record time and I was able to work without missing a beat.
